-Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail).
-No cancellations accepted after shipment.
-Returns are accepted within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date, on unopened packages with original manufacturer`s seal.
-Customer will assume return shipping costs.
-Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only.
-Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
-Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 2 business days from confirmed order delivery date. |
